If you need to cancel your hosting account, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Client Area
2. Under "Your Active Products/Services", click the service you wish to cancel.
3. On the left sidebar menu, click "Request Cancellation"
4. Follow the prompts

You must use this method to close your account. Per our Terms of Service will not honor any requests for account closures through emails, support tickets, phone calls or other methods of communication. We need to be able to verify your identity.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused time after your first 30 days. Also please note that any setup fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible if you forget to submit your cancellation request prior to your renewal date. If you fail to provide a formal Cancellation Request with the proper method (Client Area > My Products and Services > View Details > Request Cancellation) prior to your renewal date, you are not eligible for a refund.
