The My dotLaunch area is for reviewing your overall account with dotLaunch, whether it's a hosting account or web development account. In the My dotLaunch area, you can view your billing invoices, submit a trouble ticket or purchase new products and services.

The Control Panel area is for managing your website's web hosting. In this area, you can manage email accounts, subdomains, page content, databases, etc.

Please note, the login for your Control Panel and for your My dotLaunch account are completely different.
